A young man stood on the subway, rolling his eyes at people who would catch his eye.
He felt entitled and on top of his own world.
Today though, was an unusual trip.
People were looking him way more than he usually noticed.
He continued to roll his eyes and text away, trying to avoid further eye contact.
But the more people who came on the subway, the more smiles and red faces started to happen.
Finally a woman walked over to him.
"Excuse me sir, y-"
"Listen sweetheart, I get this all the time and I get it, look at me right? Sadly I'm not interested, but maybe next time."
She interrupted with a burst of laughter.
"Really?" She said with a head tilt.
"Well maybe next time find some pants with a working zipper, because the view is small and not so pretty."
The train stopped and he was speechless.
"But thanks sweetheart." she finished and walked off the train.
