Dying Inside

My heart starts to beat out of my chest and it feels like everything’s going in slow motion.

I stay signed in and feel myself start to slowly die inside, letting every terrible thing I’ve done wash over me, pushing me down again and again with such a force that i can barely come back to myself and press that sign out button.

Someday I won’t be able to do it, Someday i’ll just keep dying inside until i’m gone and never resurface again.
