Why Do We Feel

We tend to be able to read others easily, give advice easly, tell other what to do so easily.

But when it comes to ourselves we can't comprehend our emotions and why we feel a certain way.

What am i feeling? I don't know. I sense an emotion, sadness perhaps? Anger.

But what for? Why do I feel these two so often? The answer lies somewhere within, but answers are hard to find when they lie within the soul of your own.
