Sometimes, I need to calm down before bedtime.
So, I change clothes and take my yoga mat with me to the basement.
I unroll my mat,
and begin my calming down process.
In Warrior 2 Pose, I feel brave.
In Tree Pose, I feel tall.
In Lord of the Dance Pose, I feel elegant.
In Eagle Pose, I feel like I’m ready to fly.
And, when I finish with Corpse Pose, I feel relaxed.
After my exercise, I meditate. Then, I am completely calm.
