i have no hometown
it is hard not to belong to the place you have grown up so far

i have no hometown

by asesari

where i was born and

where i've been growing up for years

what do they mean

when everything seems so mean

in this world,

in this cruel world

where do i belong

who do i belong

a lot of questions

no answers, why

i need to feel home

i can't find my way home

it is hard to feel homeless

inside of your heart

isolation in me

desolation in me

looking for a place where i can be happy

where i can feel home

and where i can feel love

@bernardtwindwil i am glad that you understood this well. The saying is so accurate :) I hope i can have a beautiful relationship like you and your wife have. And thank you so much

I can understand the sentiments in this poem. I used to have a saying in Vietnam, "Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for I am the meanest motherfucker in the valley." You wrote beautifully. My wife and I have decided anywhere we were together was hoime.
