Let me rephrase

This isn’t a conventional story, or a poem like the rest of my works. It’s more of a rant, or a cry for help, a craving for love and attention, or anything at all.

“I thought I had finally found where I belonged.. Maybe.. I guess not..” A poem!

I hoped it wouldn’t have to be this way, I hoped you might let me stay.

Where am I? What is this unfamiliar reality?

Not all stories end like fairytales, this one certainly doesn’t

Hit me. Hurt me. Will it be better without me?
