How is it supposed to go: I pay, you provide service. I no longer want to get serviced by you, I tell you, I stop paying, you no longer provide service.
How I feel cancellation of service fees work: I pay, you provide service, if I no longer want your service, I tell you, and I need to pay you just to stop getting your service.
I need to pay just to stop paying. If I don't, I will probably be taken to the court.
Does this feel OK to anyone? Should we continue this practice, or does it deserve to be called illegal since I have no freedom to stop paying for a service which length has not been determined?
