There are three types of young girls that have Barbie dolls.
The first are the most common. They play nicely with their Barbies, walking them through the house, talking to them, and changing their clothes.
Then there are the aggressive ones, a little less common: the ones that tear off the Barbies hair or even their head. They stick their barbies in the toilet. They twist her legs up 90 degrees.
Lastly, comes the collectors, the least common. They build up their collection of Barbies and do not so much as touch them. Once in a while they can be dusted but never played with.
Although, there was one collector named Gail. One time she got a Barbie. It was actually one of her first ones. She brought it home and she played with it.
She realized after though that she could never play with it again. It just felt so weird. How come everyone else plays with their Barbies for fun and I just don’t like to? She asked herself.
It just wasn’t in her nature to play with Barbies. She was just a collector.
However, that one barbie that Gail played with that one time forever remembered that day when Gail brushed her hair and made her dance on the hardwood floor.
Unfortunately, until this day, that one Barbie sits in Gail’s display case hoping that Gail will play with her again.
