#The_Grand_MOTHER
I met her when
I came out of my mother's
barren womb
Where I created my
hell and heaven
Where I created my
restaurant and playground
Where I created my
house and school
where I created my
world of silence.
There were many people
But the physician
after wrapping
with a piece of white cloth
handed over me to
that old woman.
carefully she raised
her hand to greet me
But I don't know why
her hands were shivering
and her eyes were
sparkled with tears.
For the first time
I felt the touch of love
The love of a woman and
The love of a grandmother
and for the first time
in between my blurred eyes
with tears and curiosity
I could see a pleasant face
with sunken eyes
which thirst for a good sleep
and I could see a hopeful face
with wizened lips
that is congested
with happiness.
When she kept me
closer to her heart
I could hear the hastening
of blood that is
Filled with the stories
of days she counted
and waited for the
moment of my arrival.
Atlast I prayed to god
Don't let me to
wander away from
her ring of love. ~Anna Catherine
