Whether you struggle with confidence in one, none, or all of these things, do not stress about it. You are beautiful. In most cases that is much easier said than done.-I for one, know that more than anyone.
But today, turn over a new leaf. Be a healthier you. Physically and mentally stop obsessing over everything.
Stop focusing on which way to sit, stand, or lean all of the time. Be happy with the way you look. I am someone who has never been able to look in the mirror and say that I love what I see.
Wait! You are still here?
That must mean I am not the only one who lacks confidence.
But, I know that I have been made for a purpose. I also know that in order to be happy and pursue my purpose, I need to see myself the way God see’s me, so that I can look into that mirror and say, “Yes! I love my body!”
Become a better version of yourself. Know that you are not alone and that it is so important to love who you are. Ask God for guidance so that your mindset shifts to what he wants you to see and not what society tells you to see.
Love who you are and be motivated to work hard to see a beautiful soul in that mirror, because each and every person is unique and wonderfully made with a purpose in life.
The moment you stop obsessing over the negative things that you see and start obsessing over the positives, your entire mindset will change and create a ripple effect of happiness in your life.

Love yourself and embrace all of those perfect imperfections.
Because in this world full of monsters, we can spread body positivity through self-love and knowing our worth.
