Not everything is what it seems. We have been told that for our entire lives. Suspicion has been engraved on us like an acid etching on a copper plate.
Or are we a blank slate? No one can decide, no one agrees, no one really knows what is right; yet everyone strives to impose their opinion on our young minds.
This is something we will have to fight till the day we die. But this is not an issue, it's a motivation, it's a fueling thought that makes us thankful for being alive.
Alive to learn, to fail, and to strive to improve ourselves, regardless of what others think or say. Is this a lie? Or is this what it truly means to be alive?
