instead of 'the person got raped'. Let the focus be on the rapist and not the raped.

instead of 'he who...' Let's not make every generic statement be about the masculine gender.

You just blew the doors of the house of secret male centered language. I agree whole heartedly. The language in use is just another way of skewering the victim.
