Reggie

There was a reef-push button Pulsing down the streets And holding weed-laced muffins. The button screamed for glory And a flame escaped its mouth. There was just about nothing, And something Was keeping up the beat. Breaking up lines and Jay-walking the streets.

Water spewed from earth, And a lightning bolt cracked sound. There was a lime-scented man With an ear for buffalo calls, Though he had a muffled mouth. And a muscular pet mouse. Named Reggie.
