Turns out Heaven, isn't such a nice place....

H E A V E N

WRITTEN BY: A SINGULARITY

In a place called heaven stood a large crowd of millions upon millions kneeling on marble and quartz floors praying before a giant marble throne that glowed with immense luminosity.

Above the worshipers was a giant silver arch with the word HEAVEN written in giant bold glowing gold letters.

None of the children in the crowd play or laugh, instead they pray, each and every day. They lack any form of emotion other than the urge to worship the glowing figure on the throne.

Men and Woman of all ages pray before the figure with great delight, any other form of emotion gone from their faces and minds.

For they took an oath that they shall leave behind any other form of master other than the glowing one if they wanted in to the paradise.

Days, weeks, months and years begin to move by as they went on and prayed.

They all just sat their before his throne and ripped their clothing in a frenzy while screaming the words-

OH PRAISE THEE! OH PRAISE THE MIGHTY ONE!

CENTURIES.....MILLENNIUMS BEGAN TO PASS BY AS TIME WENT ON...

Nothing became of the new, nothing cool or eye catching happened. The worshipers just sat there, praising and yelling like a madman put on loop for hours upon hours.

Without any free will in the matter....

2 more millenniums pasted before anything eventful happened.

And that event was a single Young adult who suddenly stopped praying. No one took great notice other than the Glowing one's servants and the Glowing one himself.

"Can't we do something else?" The teenager asked.

Within a split second a giant loud explosion pierced the sky and a blinding flash.

What was once a boy was now a pile of and ashes and bone.

The Worshipers took no notice at the sudden murder of the boy and continued to worship the figure.

The Worshipers cry's and prayers echoed throughout the dark void surrounding the glowing patch of light called heaven.

"HOLY IS THEE!" "PRAISE THE MIGHTY ONE!" "OH MORALLY JUST ONE" "YOU HAVE BANISHED THE HEATHENS!"

Echoes bounce off of the scorched skeletons of the judged and the cities that they inhabited.

"HOLY IS THEE!" "PRAISE THE MIGHTY ONE!" "OH MORALLY JUST ONE" "YOU HAVE BANISHED THE HEATHENS!"

Echoes bouncing off of the burnt cradle with the skeleton of a infant.

"OH HE IS THE ONLY TRUE AND MORALLY JUST!" "ALL OF THE ONES WHO DIDN'T SURRENDER TO HIM HAVE BEEN PUNISHED!"

The Screams of the worshipers reach the pits of hell where Children,Mothers and Fathers cry out for their pain to end.

“Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his"

The Wisemen Scream out in anguish and pain as the eternal fire engulfs them and others. The echoes of the worshipers fill their ears and embedded in their brains for eternity.

All of the innocent and the one who died in War or were killed, were sent to the pit of fire regardless of their good deeds. For the Glowing one deemed them unworthy, they had not confessed to him their loyalty as his slave.

No more do the Children laugh and play, no more does Mankind make jokes or invent things. No more does the bird chirp in the morning hours. No more does the seed grow, for the Glowing one finds no use.

No more does Mankind explore, for everything to be explored is destroyed by the Glowing One. No more does Mankind write, read, watch, sing or dance for the Glowing one says that these are worldly and against his taste in activities. No more can Mankind freely express free will, for the last resistance for has been killed.

All of Man has now become a mindless Zombie. The Universe and Earth Have become barren decayed wastelands devoid of any life. Free speech and will are forgotten fading memories from the past. Life ceases to have any meaningful purpose.
