“Victor, it's done. You can head back now.” Basil said into his radio. As he pushed open the door a slew of needles hit him and Harley.
Harley dropped to the floor screaming as blood and graffiti covered the room. All the ink said was Ha Ha Ha! It was plastered all over the room.
“Harleen! HARLEEN!” Karlo shouted. “She can't hear you over her own nightmares.” Scarecrow said as he strolled out of the shadows.
“What have you done to her?” Crane laughed. “I gave her a lethal dose of my Fear toxin. She will be dead in a number of minutes.”
“The better question is, why aren't you affected Clayface?” Scarecrow said as he morphed into a nightmarish new form.
“Because, my greatest fear was conquered earlier today!” Basil said as he began growing to a monstrous size. “And that was losing a friend.”
“You're gonna pay for what you did to Louise!” Clayface shouted as he shot a clay hand out to Cranes neck.
As he smashed Scarecrow against the wall, his hand began to envelop his body. “Tell me Dr. Crane. What do you fear most? Is it death?”
Crane struggled to breathe as Clayface choked the life out of him. “And by the way. Your toxin DOES WORK on me.” Karlo said as he dropped the now lifeless body to the ground.
“I'm just a really good actor.”
He reached into Cranes coat and pulled out two green syringes. “Looks like a cure to me.” Basil said, stabbing him and Harley in the arms.
She gasped for air. “You did it! You found the cure!” Basil smiled. “This hero thing ain't half bad. Now let's get back to the others so we can go after Joker.”
“No can do. I gotta do this one alone.” Harley said picking up her mallet. “I understand. I'll see you on the other side.” Clayface said.
Harley skipped off down the hall towards the Wardens office. It was time to go for the big man himself. “Hope you're ready Puddin!”
