Here it is
"You kids are getting so grown up." my father says, sitting down at the table and reaching to ruffle my brown hair.
"Speaking of growing, you gonna cut that hair anytime soon Pol?" Cedric asks, taking a strand of my hair to accentuate his point.
"Never!" I grin, tilting my head to pull the strand of hair out of his grasp.
After we eat, I go to pack my trunk. I take my robes out of my closet, along with my tie, books, and Quidditch uniform. same inconvenience as last time
I take the book 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' off of my bookshelf, and carry it across my mustard yellow room. My favorite color was yellow, though nobody knew.
I fold the clothing carefully in my trunk, lay the books flat on the clothing, and pack in some owl treats. Cedric kicks open my bedroom door and looks around my room, inspecting.
"Jeez, you haven't changed this room in years Pol!" He says plopping down on the bed.
"Well..." I take a look around the yellow room with my house flags plastered on the walls. The pictures of my mother, the roses in the vase at my bedside table, and glowing stars on the ceiling.
It was home.
"... It's just well, home." I say grinning from ear to ear.
"Yeah, mom would've loved what you've done with the place." he says, his wide smile turns to a sorrowful frown.
"Heh. glad you got to meet her." I say uncomfortably.
"Anyway, third year, how's everything with Emeeli-"
"I told you. I don't want to talk about her." I snap at him.
"Aye aye captain." Cedric says saluting me with a chuckle. He walks out the door still grinning.
