I’ve recently been diagnosed as autistic. This is something I wrote in the midst of processing my childhood, and the things that now make sense that didn’t used to.
Needed to process some stuff and this seemed like the easiest way to do it.
I am as strong and fragile as the icy pond where I took my first step, where I took my first fall.
