Late at night a few days ago I was reading a book about writing for young authors, and a image popped into my head. This image was of a boy furiously writing at a desk in front of a window. around him covering the floor and his desk were discarded story prompts and sketches of characters. however, sense I was far too tired to attempt to draw this image, I decided to make it a poem.
