mental illness will ruin all the good things

there is a feeling of losing touch with humanity and your surroundings, as if something is telling you that you shouldn't be there

Hyper fixating on emotions

Being annoyed by myself that I'm always so loud, even when I would wish I could disappear.

I wish that I was strong enough to help others but now I'm just a burden

about mental illness and the feeling of guilt of the effect that it has on the people close to us.
