Short Story beginning
I, as I mentioned, am entering a short story contest. This is the beginning of the story I'm hoping to submit. It still needs a lot of refinement and overall work, but I think I'm off to a good start....

Directed towards Terrence (I guess)
Side note: I wrote this at my friends' urging. Terrence is a friend of mine who my other friends think is meant for me.
I wrote this back in March after my friend wrote a love poem for her boyfriend.
"Whom the gods love die young"
Just a poem to explore the phrase "whom the gods love die young" with some comparisons to Greek mythology. This is because the phrase originated in Ancient Greece.
