My first short story for years inspired by a ray of sunlight through the window during office hours. (I realized writing on a scratch paper makes me look busy, so it is a win-win for me.)
Some very average mind-vomit about the contradictory thoughts that our minds drag us through. Just needed to get this out of my brain to make sense of it.
And the heavens cry heavy, skies traced with grey, nocturnal beauty amidst the chasm. Thoughts some unheard, sorrows beneath the solemn of whites; ensconced verses of a lover's life.
