This is for my teacher who has helped me so much to overcome my depression. Sometimes the support of one person can be all you need:)
Kindness saves lives. Be kind. Love your community. Help those that are struggling. And if they don't want to talk. Let them know you are there. And that you love them.
isn't it always positivity that counts. isn't gratitude the pure most form of it??
