"So, how did this happen, exactly?"
Keith and Lance came up to me with an interesting problem. Their suits have somehow become magnetized and stuck to each other.
"You tell us, you're supposed to be the one that knows about this tech stuff."
"Yeah, how could our suits even malfunction this bad? Did you break something while messing around with them?"
"Well, let's just focus on separating you two for now. So long as you two are far enough apart, we shouldn't have problems with the magnetism."
I grabbed a nearby piece of long scrap metal.
"I'll try to use this to cleave the two of you apart. When I do, try to slide off of each other."
I shoved the bar between them, creating a slight space where they could move around with some freedom.
"Alright, Lance, start moving away."
"What? Why do I have to move?! Why don't you do it, since it was your idea?"
"I don't care who it is, just either one of you try to slide away!"
Somehow, Lance gave in to the pressure, and started sliding down and away from Keith.
"Hey, I think it's working!"
"Wait, hold on, don't move so much down there."
"Why? What's the problem?"
The problem, it seemed, was the fact that Lance was getting dangerously close to Keith's... crotch area.
"Aw, ew! Why'd you have to mention that!"
"Now's not the time to worry about that. You've almost broken apart, so just keep going!"
"Pidge is right, let's just get this done with."
"Easy for you to say when you're not in my position."
"Hey, it's not like I want to be down here!"
"Really? I'm not so sure about that. You were awfully quick to agree with Pidge."
Getting frustrated with the two of them, I dropped the bar to the floor.
"I'm done with this. You can figure out your lovers' quarrel by yourselves."
"Okay, your turn to slide away, now."
