Jake Paul is getting sued by the old house he stayed at for trashing the property by performing crazy stunts and trying to fix the property themselves.
All of Jake's videos serve as video evidence of the crazy stunts, from lighting fires to breaking walls. They then attempted to fix the house themselves.
The property owners are suing because Jake's crew did not have the right to remodel the house and that the original lease was for personal use, not for pranks.
Here's my take: $2.5M is a lot of money to be suing for. No way did the house damages rack up costs that high. Should Jake be punished for the damages and trouble he caused? Yes.
Should it be $2.5M? No.
