Sustaining business and bringing in revenue

It is human nature for people to want you to listen to them. People want to be heard. Whoever does the better job of listening (or the pretense of) will win business

Listening, understanding, delivering

Listening must lead to comprehension. Comprehension must lead to ability to deliver.

Laziness

Most occasions, people are just lazy and will find the best fit from their inventory even if they understood what was needed.

Customers find the best match

The needs of the customer are not fully addressed and they just find the best match out of all the mismatches

Just ignore your customer...

Don't listen to them, don't bother with their requests and sure as hell stop looking at what you have. It just sucks

Innovate and deliver the future

The only way to deliver a wow experience is to ignore your customer and innovate. They do not know what they do not know
