Bad habits I am sure evryone has one be it picking your booger and eating eat or biting our nails. everyone has one and it is hard to get rid of them but try
We can try to stop our bad habits slowly maybe start by going a day without doing whatever bad habits we do. as in tryh not to do the bad habits we do for just one day or maybe an hour .
if you cannot do it for an hour don't be dishearten keep trying maybe start for 30 min. In that 30 min or hour you could do diys or drawing or something you like.
If you can stop for an hour try to do it for a day . just keep incresing the days or weeks. It ACTUALLY WORKS.Trust me in this cause I have tried it and it works for me. SO give it a try
If you really cannot do it. Don't lose hope, you can also get rid of your habit by not thinking about it because if you don't think about it you won't do it.
Well to me bad habits are what makes us who we are. We may not have flaws but everyone is bound to have bad habits to make us who we are . Its okay to have bad habits. I have bad habits.
I love to bite my nails when I am anxious nervous panic or happy
I love to pick my nose judge me , you can write hate comments about this but I don't care.
