It is common for people to have a fear for public speaking , and I am sure everyone has a fear of public speaking , it is normal and I am pretty sure even the best public speaker's has a fear too
Well it often happens because when we get on stage it becomes really quiet this triggers our mind to have a fear but trust me this methods will help you carry on reading
So before you start doing public speaking look in the mirror and tell your self you can do it and a few weeks before the day you do public speaking face the mirror and practice your speech
It is because you are telling yourself you can do it , thus making you feel more confident about yourself which makes you feel less afraid by 50% which makes it easy for you to do public speaking
Imagine your dolls as the people you are talking too and it will make you feel brave more calm . So when you are doing your public speaking you see everyone as the dolls you speak to at home.
When talking to yourself you feel more comfortable and you feel less afraid so when you go on stage you will feel confident. Because talking to your self is much easier
always believe that you can do it . trust yourself and always have hope. be positive

don't slouch walk confidently this will show others that you are not afraid not like a model but with bold and show others you are brave
Don't have shaky hands ,when you have shaky hands especially when holding a microphone or your script people are going to know that you are scared and increases your fear of public speaking.
wiggle your feet when you feel afraid especially on stage because you will be standing on stage for quite some time and you will feel calm because you are really decreasing your heart rate
move around when you are talking it relieves your fear making you feel calm and allows you to be confident
