i am the people who i dont remeber

by xara

i am the soft smiles

and the low growls

the wide eyes

with the long nose

i am her whispers 'you are a liar,' she says

i am her screams 'its all because of you' she shouts

i am his persuasion

his ability to deny- to lie

i am the soft warm hands

that plucked the mangoes from our backyard

i am the fingertips - cold to the touch

we held crossing the street

i am the sad eyes

and her sharp canies

i am a person

weaved together by the people whom i dont remember

This was a beautiful ephemeral poem. It provided us with a deeper introspection that our usual ephemeral glance inward. The truth of the message is ubiquitous not just individual. Great job!!!!
