A long strange myth has been passed,
Demons and monsters of every kind, In a deep dark place under the bed, A place of childish fears and nightmares
Tears running down faces and pillows.
But no kid ever dared to try, To try and find, The culprit of horror and terror and fright.
Except a frightened child, Sick of the stories tried.
He leaned in to look, With his heart beating fast,
He found nothing abnormal, Just some odds and ends.
And the whole truth unraveled.
