BURN

They told me I would find love again...

They were wrong!

For that would imply that love was here once before.

But what I felt was far from love...

It was lust!

It was control!

It was obsession!

A fury that roared like creatures strayed from the far reaching depths of hell!

A craving in the blood that could happily burn the world and all within it to cinders if ever denied!

We were not madly in love;

we were just mad!

Cast crazy in a carnal frenzy!

But once that fire died, once the fuel had dried up,

the only thing that remained were the ashes...
