God has given man the power to think and understand in almost every situation.
Many of us, use it appropriately in their lives but there is one such thing where our thinking power stops, and that is when we are in anger. It barely takes a minute to get into that situation.
Anger can come up with huge losses. In fact, our anger becomes so strong that it dissipates our good soul for a moment.
We often say things that we probably should never have said and thus, end up ruining our bond or relationship with others.
Do we get angry intentionally? Or is it our motive to offend someone?
Even without wanting, we make our loved ones sad. It is an uncontrolled flood that can come out at any point in time and we only get to know its adverse effects after gaining losses.
In such a state of mind, we feel that the person in front of us can never understand us and cannot even strive for it. And for all those reasons, we started complaining.
Sometimes these complains are justified, and sometimes not.

Our voice becomes so loud while arguing that it reaches the neighbor's house. But we didn't bother about those things as well, because we prioritize conversation at that time.
We only want to make our voices heard. All we need is a good listener.
But do we understand the person in front of us in the same way that we are expecting from him/her to be? Is the person in front, wrong in every situation? Maybe sometimes, but not always.
If we wish, we can prevent this situation from happening. The fight never escalated because of one person.
Both are equally responsible for this because if one of them kept silent, there would never be a fight.
But we are always engaged in blaming each other for everything. At that time, neither do we remember the good nor do we remember the time spent with that person.
Whether it is your parents, siblings, husband, or wife, we forget everything. We just want to justify our point and tell what has been going on in our minds for so long.
Actually, the fact is that when we lose the battle with our minds, we argue or show anger towards others and it depends on when we leave the battlefield.
After Ending Temper
Generally, more repentance happens after ending the anger. It is like a logarithmic growth curve. It accelerates in the beginning and slows down in the last. With this, our thoughts change too.
We always think that if there was no such situation, I would never have said that or we say, this situation was such that I had to speak. I had no other choice left at that moment.
Many such thoughts keep circulating in our minds.
When we are angry, we think nothing. But after the anger is over, we always try to explain the complete situation to the mind, despite knowing that it already knows everything.
And then, gradually, we realize our mistakes and regret everything that has happened in the past. This happened not with all of us but with many people.
Here I am just referring to the anger that is unnecessary, not the one that is caused by a fraudulent person. I think there is no use fighting with those who are already out of your life.
By doing this, you are only dropping your value, nothing else. This post is only for those who are close to us and yet we get angry at them.
So, is there any way to overcome your anger?
Best Advice to Overcome That Situation
As I told you earlier that no one can control their anger. But everything in this world has a solution. For this, you just need to avoid the situation.
Avoiding situations can really help in this matter as it can give you plenty of time to think. By just eliminating unnecessary conversations can actually help you to save your relations.
But for this, you need to develop a good thought process. So that you can analyze every situation in a better way. You need to understand when to avoid the conversation and when not.
This decision can only be earned by implementing things.
If you want, you can take out all your anger in private. Always keep in mind that anger never benefits anyone, instead people lose many things in their life because of anger.
Also, we should stop playing the blame game and try not to abuse anyone because by doing this, we force the front one to fight.
So never let such a situation come and always try to distract your mind. Always think about how you can resolve the matter through normal conversation.
