Hoseok is a talented dancer at Chanwoo's Dance Studio. One day while he performs in class a stranger, Jimin, watches him. The stranger is enamored by how seemingly perfect Hoseok dances. Jimin will do anything and everything to get close to Hoseok. But how far is Jimin willing to go?

Just Dance Chapter Fifty One

Hoseok’s frown deepened as he watched Jimin curl into a ball under the covers of the hospital bed. It was obvious that the boy wanted to be left alone.

However, Hoseok wasn’t sure that being left alone was the best thing at the moment. Taehyung and Jungkook exchanged worried glances as they watched Hoseok’s eyebrows furrow.

Everyone was saddened by the news. Jimin had worked really hard for the competition and everyone knew that.

Of course, Jimin’s health came first, but it was normal for Jimin to feel sad about the revelation. All Jimin needed now was time.

Specifically for the purpose of healing both physically AND mentally.

Jin waved his hand, catching Namjoon’s attention. Namjoon squinted his eyes as he tried to figure out what Jin was mouthing.

After numerous failed interpretations, Namjoon nodded his head and gently nudged Yoongi. He bent down and whispered into the shorter man’s ear.

Immediately after, Yoongi turned toward the frowning couple and repeated what Namjoon had whispered to him. Jungkook’s face brightened as Taehyung furiously nodded.

All of the men looked at one another and gave each other a nod.

“We’ll be right back, Hoseok,” Jin murmured as he stood up from his chair.

Hoseok looked confused as he watched each of the men stand up from their chair and smile at him. “O-Okay,” Hoseok replied as he rubbed the back of his neck.

The men’s giddy laughter and whispers began to disappear as they exited the room. Jimin seemed to get tinier as he heard the sound of the door closing.

Slowly, Hoseok laid his hand on Jimin’s back, causing Jimin to shiver. “Jimin, are you okay?” Hoseok questioned as he began to gently rub Jimin’s back.

His head shook, indicating that Jimin was in fact not okay. Hoseok’s heart broke as he felt Jimin’s whole body shake. A shaky breath was heard under the covers.

“Can you please come out from under the covers?” Hoseok requested as his hand continued to soothe Jimin. Again, Jimin’s head shook no as he pushed himself deeper under the covers.

“Jimin, I know that you really wanted to perform, but getting better is the most important thing right now. I don’t care if we do-”

Hoseok was cut off by Jimin throwing the covers off of himself, revealing his tear stained face.

“Don’t say that you don’t care. I know you do. You’ve been performing in this competition for years now, but now you can’t and it’s all because of me,” Jimin murmured as tears continued to trail down his cheeks.

Hoseok intertwined his fingers with Jimin’s. “Jimin, look at me,” Hoseok demanded as he stared intently at Jimin’s face.

Jimin kept his head toward the ground as Hoseok’s gaze burned through him. “Jimin,” Hoseok sighed. Hesitantly, Jimin lifted his head up and stared deeply into Hoseok’s eyes.

Staring at Hoseok made Jimin want to start sobbing.

“You’re more important than the competition. I don’t care about dancing if it’s not with you. You give my life purpose. Who cares if I can’t dance at some competition? I’d rather dance with you for the rest of my life than dance at this one competition. Please, Jimin, believe me. I love you, not the competition,” Hoseok revealed as his eyes became tearfilled.

Jimin stared at Hoseok with wide, teary eyes. He dropped his gaze as his grasp tightened around Hoseok’s hands. A shaky sigh left his lips as he slowly looked back up.

“How many times have you told me that? A lot, right? Sorry, I must be annoying,” Jimin stated as he tried to giggle. However, the giggle came out forced and despairful.

Hoseok shot up from his chair and embraced Jimin tightly.

“I don’t care how many times I have to tell you. Everything I say is true. I love you, Jimin,” Hoseok insisted as he nuzzled his face in the crook of Jimin’s neck.

Jimin stared down at the man wrapped around him. The tears wouldn’t stop coming.

He turned into a sobbing mess as he wrapped his arms around Hoseok. As Hoseok’s hands caressed Jimin’s back, Jimin cried into Hoseok’s chest.

Suddenly, Jimin slightly pulled himself away from Hoseok, causing Hoseok to do the same. Jimin stared intensely into Hoseok’s eyes. Their breaths became rigged as their eyes became hooded.

“Hoseok, I love you,” Jimin murmured. Quickly, Jimin moved his hands to Hoseok’s cheeks and pulled Hoseok close to himself.

Their lips fit together like puzzle pieces as Hoseok’s hands traveled up Jimin’s gown. Hoseok’s tongue licked the bottom of Jimin’s lips, asking for entry.

Immediately, Jimin’s lips parted, allowing Hoseok's tongue to explore his cavern.

The sound of the doorknob shaking brought the men back to reality. Immediately, Hoseok and Jimin pulled away from each other.

Dr.Moon opened the door and walked into the room, oblivious to what had just occurred. She was holding the same bulky folder along with a bag of Jimin’s old clothes.

“You’re free to go, Jimin,” Dr.Moon sang as she looked up at the men. Her eyebrows furrowed as she stared at Jimin then at Hoseok.

“Is it hot in here? You should have called for a me or a nurse. I’m sorry,” Dr.Moon gasped as she walked over to the thermostat.

Jimin and Hoseok looked at each other and began to nervously chuckle. Their faces were a blinding shade of red. They WERE almost walked in on by the doctor.

The sound of the AC revving up to life filled the hospital room as Dr.Moon walked to the side of Jimin’s bed.

“These are your clothes,” Dr.Moon smiled as she handed Jimin the bag she was carrying. Jimin thanked Dr.Moon as he began to take his clothes out of the bag.

“And this has everything you need inside. I’m going to hand it to your friend,” Dr.Moon explained as she handed the thick folder to Hoseok.

“All I have to do now is take the needle out,” Dr.Moon stated as she tapped Jimin’s arm. Jimin turned toward Hoseok and stuck his hand out.

Before Jimin could even ask, Hoseok wrapped his hand around Jimin’s and squeezed tightly. As Dr.Moon counted down, Jimin squeezed his eyes shut as he hung his head low.

Suddenly, Hoseok’s grasp loosened, causing Jimin to slightly open one of his eyelids. Dr.Moon waved the needle in the air and smiled at Jimin.

“All done,” she sang as she put a cap over the needle. His cheeks turned red as he became embarrassed. He believed that it would have been painful. However, he was proven wrong.

“Once you're all done, just walk to the front desk and check out,” Dr.Moon explained as she began to walk out of the room.

The sound of the wheels on the IV pole squeaking exited the room as Dr.Moon pulled it out with her. Once the pair were alone in the room, Jimin began to pull his hospital gown over his head.

He folded the gown and placed it on the side of his bed. His bright red underwear caught Hoseok’s eyes. A small giggle escaped Hoseok’s lips, causing Jimin’s face to turn red.

Quickly, Jimin pulled his white long sleeve shirt on and carefully slid off the bed.

“Do you want me to help you?” Hoseok questioned as he rested his chin in his hand.

“I can do it myself,” Jimin giggled as he pulled his gray sweats over his lower half.

Jimin stretched his arms over his head as he let out a small grunt as he felt his shoulders pop. He let out a small sigh as he grabbed his socks and put them over his feet.

His eyebrows furrowed as he realized that he was brought a green and white sock. However, he decided to dismiss this since he was on his way home anyway.

A smile appeared on his face as he stared at Hoseok. All he wanted to do was go home and fall asleep in Hoseok’s arms. This was enough craziness to last him a lifetime.

“Are you ready?” Hoseok questioned as he lifted himself from his seat.

Jimin eagerly nodded as he watched Hoseok pick up the bundle of balloons and gift basket that Namjoon and Yoongi brought.

Once Hoseok was in front of Jimin, he placed his hand in front of Jimin, waiting for him to take it.

Without hesitation, Jimin intertwined his fingers with Hoseok’s and began to walk toward the door.

The hospital room door slowly closed behind the couple, storing away all of Jimin’s doubts and fears. There was only happiness to look forward to now, nothing would take that away from Jimin.

Giggles emitted from Jimin filled the hospital hallway as Hoseok planted a kiss on his cheek.

Voices began to fill the couple’s ears as they entered the lobby. Many people were seated as they awaited for their loved ones to be brought out or awaited their turn to be let in.

Thankfully, there was no line to speak to the person at the front desk.

“Wait here while I handle this,” Hoseok smiled as he passed Jimin the balloons and gift basket.

Jimin nodded as he watched Hoseok make his way to the front desk.

Hoseok was greeted by a woman wearing red scrubs. She asked for the name of the patient that he would be checking out.

“Park Jimin,” Hoseok replied as he watched the woman type his name into the computer. He turned around and stared at Jimin. Jimin puckered his lips as his eyes turned into crescents.

Immediately, Hoseok’s face enveloped into a smile as he silently chuckled.

“You’re good to go,” the woman chirped. Hoseok’s eyebrows furrowed as he repeated what the woman said in his head. The woman stared back at Hoseok with a worried expression.

“Don’t I have to pay?” Hoseok questioned as he began to take his wallet out of his pocket. A warm smile appeared on the woman’s face as she shook her head no.

“You don’t have to worry about that, sir. Someone already paid for your hospital bill,” the woman revealed as she turned the computer around revealing the bright green letters under Jimin’s name that said “payment completed."

His eyebrows shot up as he secretly pinched himself to check if he was dreaming. “B-By who?” Hoseok sputtered.

“A man named Kim Seokjin came to the front desk a while ago and said that he would pay for your bill,” the woman stated as she flipped her computer back around.

The corner of Hoseok’s lips curled upward as a warm tint filled his cheeks. He couldn’t believe that Jin would do something like this.

Of course, Hoseok knew that the price wouldn’t be cheap, but he was already planning on ways to pay the bill.

There truly were good people in the world. Suddenly, Hoseok’s eyes widened as he realized that Jin and the others still hadn’t returned from wherever they had gone off to.

“Do you happen to know which direction he went off in?” Hoseok questioned as he stuffed his wallet back into his pocket. “I saw him run with five other men out the building,” the women recalled as she pointed toward the main entrance.

Hoseok’s eyebrow lifted as he tried to figure out where the men could have gone. “Thank you. Have a wonderful day,” Hoseok smiled as he waved at the woman.

Once he was back with Jimin, he grabbed the balloons and basket from Jimin, letting Jimin rest his arms.

“You won’t believe what happened. The woman said the Jin paid for all the hospital expenses,” Hoseok revealed as he stared at the now gawking Jimin. “Where is he?” Jimin questioned as he scanned the lobby.

“The lady said that he walked out of the building with the others,” Hoseok stated. Jimin grabbed onto Hoseok’s arm as they both walked out of the building.

Suddenly, Jimin’s eyes brightened as he stared at the scene in front of him. His beaming smile blinded the people outside.
