Confused

by a confused community member.

Love is love.

It is not determined by the colour of your skin, or the gender of the person you love.

So I am confused as to why

When I search for "love"

There are very few diverse images

It's usually what I presume is a guy and a girl. They look happy. I am happy for them.

Love is beautiful, no matter what it looks like

I just wish we could get more representation.

In a world where people take their own lives

Because of other people telling them they are wrong, or they are ill, simply because of who they love.

It would be greatly beneficial

To diversify your images of 'love'

Would it be so hard to do?

To give voices to those who have no voice yet

I don't want to come across as bitter.

But I have a strong need for change.

I tried to search for "gay love"

Notice there are no people holding hands, or dreamily looking into each others eyes.

And yet there are so many of us.

I can only speak for myself when I say we would appreciate more. More happy endings for us. More representation.

Would it be so bad if there was a picture of us kissing?

I know it'd greatly aid my future works, if such a picture were to exist.

Worry not. I'll upload my own. :)

I had just felt the need to make my confusion known.

We live in an Abrahamic society. LGBT was banned because of the need for procreation when there were so few of us on Earth. It will take awhile for society to come to grips with out of date shibbleths of Aaron. Your's is a voice crying in the wilderness. I have so much admiration for you.
