Droplets slide like teardrops Down the crystal pane. Peacefulness born of the chaos, Descending with the rain.
Battle ‘twixt the warm and cold, Rise into the heights. Whisper falling on the leaves, I love the rainy nights.
Howling winds that drive and rend The birds that dare to fly. Electric flashes sudden spend Their strength across the sky.
Hearts beat hard, gasping breath, Jagged spikes of fear, Frighten even boldest hearts Their ugly visage rear.
But the strongest storm at last will end, The time of dread will fly Born away of eagle’s wings And peace comes like a sigh,
