Treading fearless in the gloom
Among the shrouded dripping boughs,
Steps as silent as the tomb.
Shards of life still burn Where very seldom sought
Beyond the gaze of blinded souls,
There he wanders deep in thought.
Frozen time forever calls To draw him further still
Into the hidden wonders deep And there his soul to thrill,
Gently beating heart In time to nature’s soul
And yearning heart seeks evermore
To be at last made whole.
