Depending on your interpretation, it can be about relationships or something more sociological, perhaps. What else does it make you think about?

Inside

by Steve Marsden

You pulled, so hard,

So hard that my sinews stretched and my tendons clicked,

Determination pulsed through your intense eyes,

And I found I was convulsed, those warnings were wise,

I pushed, so much,

So much that your membrane burst like a ripened fruit,

A shield built for so long and it went so fast,

No more feeling of Wrong only Right, at last

It is a multi-metaphor. It was beautifully written. It was descriptive without being specific which added immeasurably to its charm. Great post!!!!!!!!
