My grandpa died yesterday and I just wanted to express my heartache on here. Cancer is really so despicable. Stealing away everyone we hold dear. It literally rips families apart. My poor grandma couldn’t even cry, she just walked straight out of the room.

Bye Grandpa

Hi Grandpa

Hi Grandpa Hope you're doing okay?

Hi Grandpa Hope you're doing okay? I miss you, you know

Hi Grandpa Hope you're doing okay? I miss you, you know And it's only been a day

Why did you leave?

Why did you leave? I know it's not your fault

Why did you leave? I know it's not your fault I know you were defenceless

Why did you leave? I know it's not your fault I know you were defenceless Against cancer's assault

I really really want you to come visit me sometimes

Just in my dreams to tell me hi

Tell me you're okay

Tell me you're happy

I watch grandma's heartbreak and my voice grates raspy

Fourth degree cancer.... you lived through that

Fourth degree cancer.... you lived through that Yet no one was prepared for your ECG to go flat.

Fourth degree cancer.... you lived through that Yet no one was prepared for your ECG to go flat. I'm so so sorry

And as we all cry our tears raw

And as we all cry our tears raw You went through all that pain

Yet all I can say is .....

Bye Grandpa.
