The things I make when I'm tired, amiright?

Walls

The walls, so tall and sturdy,

Will stumble and fall.

I have no doubt.

When they do,

For when they collapse,

I fear they will bring me with them.

I have no interest to be taken to easily,

So I will hold my ground,

For as long as I can.

A morning.

A night.

A day.

Or two.

Or three.

Or four, or five, or six!

I apologize for my outburst,

But they are coming soon.

It's as though a clock is speeding up.

Tick.

Tock.

Tick.

Tick tock.

Tock tick.

TICK TOCK!

Oh my,

I seem to be feeling a bit out of it today.

Odd.

I seem to want to help the walls,

It's a lie,

Keeping them upright.

I am lying to myself,

Why?

I laugh to myself.

Ha.

Ha ha.

HAHAHAHA!

Isn't that nice?

To help your foe,

Perhaps I can help mine.

I can bang on the walls,

To which is my foe,

And make it fall!

Would I care if it took me with it?

NO!

Oh, but yes.

Or maybe not.

Or maybe so.

I don't know.

Hey, can I ask you a question?

Yes, of course.

Oh, wait, that's me.

Well, anyways,

I'll ask anyways,

Right here, right now.

Here I go.

Right now.

Going to ask my question!

Yes, well...

Here it is,

My question.

Do you think I'm mad?

Out of the brain?

Have a screw loose?

HA!

I know what you're thinking,

But you are wrong.

Tea anyone?

Oh dear,

I have no tea, or anyone.

Hmm.

Pity.

How about a game?

I spy,

With my little eye,

A door.

Hm?

No I did not tell you what it is,

You have to guess.

Well,

Alright,

I tell you what it is!

It's a door!

Not just any door, though.

Your door.

Oh, it's so original.

So lovely,

And unique.

Oh, what's that?

You don't believe I see your door?

HAHAHAHA!

You are confused.

I see your door,

Because I am near it.

Now you don't believe me?

Fine then,

Can you see me outside it?

No?

Oh, good.

I thought I was losing.

I won't lose until the time is right,

Our game has only begun,

And so I can't.

Though, when the time is right, I'll lose it,

Our little game

You don't remember our game

Well, you can't see me at your door,

So I'm winning, but when the time is right, I'll lose our little game--

Our little game of hide and seek, of course, my dear.

Oh!

The walls.

I can see them shiver.

I guess...

We won't finish our game, in this life, at least.

Maybe next time,

They're shivering,

Hollowing,

Can you hear them?

Ah, I assume not,

But their screams,

They hurt.

That reminds me,

You never answered my question.

Remember?

Do you think I'm mad?

Out of the brain?

Have a screw loose?

Oh,

That's more than one question.

Well, questions.

I must know,

I really need to know,

Please let me know!

Just answer this one question,

Truthful,

Please.

Answer it quickly,

The walls are unhappy,

But you must answer it,

Answer it...

Answer it!

ANSWER IT RIGHT AWAY!

Oh no,

I seem to have trailed off topic,

And the walls are starting to fall.

Answer quickly now,

I must know this,

Please,

Am...

Am I...

Am I ma-

Thud.

Crumble, crumble...

Rest well, dear.
