Some more info of how it works-

A Soulmate Life: Chapter 2 (Please take note, I will be rating this series as PG-13, due to some sexual scenes, and possibly language. Please take note of this.)

"First off, there are three things you should always remember." Ms.Ramirez began,

"One, OAK is built to find your perfect soulmate, just for you, and your soulmate. No one is like you two. Two, you both will meet up on a specific date, this will be your birthday, you will share it together, and will grow closer from then on.

Finally, three, the most important rule, OAK is never wrong. Remember these rules." Ms.Ramirez glanced around, "Now then, I bet you're wondering about the process. The first step is to learn about OAK. The second and third steps are meeting two important OAK workers.

The fourth step is to meet your soulmate on your birthday. You will both be called to an assigned location, from there you will receive schedules and instructions.

Finally, the last step, live your endless happiness!" She said brightly.

A student raised his hand, "What if we don't want our assigned soulmate, what if we already found our special someone?"

Ms.Ramirez laughed, "Why, that's nonsense! It's impossible, OAK is never wrong, rule number three!"

The student nodded, but frowned. I understood how he felt, judging by his face, he was disappointed.

"Now then, if that's all, I will be passing out sheets of paper. You must fill them out. It's just a small, fun project for your upcoming birthdays. Read the instructions carefully, you should be writing with a pencil." She said as she passed out the papers.

I looked down at the paper, the title reads, "What's My Soulmate's-?" I read the first few questions.

They read, "What's my soulmate's eye color" "What's my soulmate's hair?" Questions like that, but the next ones are questio like, "What are my soulmate's hobbies?"

"What are my soulmate's favorite foods?" Questions like that. I think it's kind of interesting, I fill it out quickly, and reread them. Most of my answers, I realize, describe Adra. I sigh.

"OAK is never wrong, rule number three." I say quietly to myself before handing the paper in.

A few minutes later, the bell rings, and we go off to our regular classes. Right before I go to bed, I think about what my real assigned soulmate will be like.

Will he be tall? Will he be handsome? Rich? Friendly? Only time will tell, but I don't know when that time is, or how I will deal with it.

Thank you for reading!
