After getting away from his venom words I realized he had broken my spirit

Dear Oh Dear

Dear oh dear

Life is a whirlwind of color and colorless objects that seem non-existent yet I can still feel them under the pads of my fingertips which no longer seem to feel after I lost the intertwining

of our fingers while our lips made fireworks explode into the sky.

But oh dear oh dear

I no longer feel

With my lips nor fingertips

I no longer have the fireworks or sparks fly

Our fingers no longer intertwine

You broke the spirit I had built from day one of my life when you said you had visions of me dying

I feared dear

I built walls dear

Yet

You broke the spirit of I.
