Everyone likes off-the-shoulder shirts.
Everyone wears breaking-the-dress-code-so-short shorts to school.
Everyone wears uggs.
Everyone takes selfies and calls themselves photographers.
Everyone has converse shoes.
Everyone loves the color blue.
Everyone goes to disneyland.
Everyone reads holocaust books.
Everyone has long, blond hair.
Everyone sucks up to the teachers for brownie points.
Everyone loves dogs.
Everyone thinks being strait defines you as normal.
Everyone thinks you're weird if you don't believe in god.
Everyone thinks Social Studies is a super boring class.
Everyone hates the choir teacher.
Everyone thinks abortions should be banned.
Everyone keeps their cell-phones in their bags throughout the school day even though you're not supposed to.
In my school, everyone is everything is everything is the same.
In my school, everyone is equal; identical.
In my school, everyone thinks the same, dresses the same, and believes the same.
How cliche of them.
I don't own a pair of uggs, I have a big-ass camera I bought myself with three different lenses to take pictures with, I only wear combat boots I got for christmas, my favorite color is red...
I've never been outside the state; much less than disneyland, I only read romance fiction, I dyed my hair and cut it short, dogs annoy me, I don't have a sexuality yet...
I don't believe in any religion, I do believe in abortions, but I have to say, I still hate social studies class and I do hate the choir teacher.
Why am I so different?
Because I want to be.
Because I don't want to be the exact same as everyone else.
Because society doesn't get to shape and define me.
Blue is cliche, and uggs are so fucking ugly I just don't get why girls wear them.
