The Blind, the Deaf and the Lame

by revrjm

The man who used to be blind Looked up to a Beautiful blue sky, Smiling as a robin flew by.

“Glory to God!” he shouted aloud. “Thank You, Jesus, I see!

The man who used to be lame Danced all day. From morning till night, He danced with all his might.

“Glory to God!” he shouted aloud. “Thank You, Jesus, I walk

The man who used to be deaf Said, “Listen to this!” As he picked up his harp and played.

“Glory to God!” he shouted aloud. “Thank You, Jesus, I hear

As the deaf played his harp, The lame danced to the tune, And the blind beheld the glory of God.
