Short dialogue about intimacy and fears.

We sat on the floor across from one another. Candles lit all around us Lights dimmed and soft music playing in the back ground “Tell me, Berlin... why are you so jumpy with me?” I kept my eyes closed as I spoke

“I’m not good at this...” “Good at what?” “Relationships” “I already knew that. But you’re afraid. And I don’t want you afraid of me, or our relationship”

“You know I love you...” Kara sighed softly “Yes. I know you love me. But we both need more” “What can I do?” “Open those beautiful blue eyes and look at me Berlin” I took a deep breath before meeting Kara’s intense gaze.

“Let me touch you. Let me hold your hand, give you a hug, cuddle. Let me do, something” I slowly slid over to Kara’s thick purple mat, and I wrapped my arms tightly around her. “I love you...” I whispered. “I love you more Berlin”
