Wow, I've been on Commaful for nearly a year, and this was the first time one of my posts was showcased.

When I saw it, I internally screamed, it was so unbelievable

Seeing my post showcased made me really emotional, and other writers should get the chance to feel like that as well and get more recognition

Everyone who's already been spreading more awareness about #respectshowcase, you've done amazing. And it's clearly working, as I've seen more and more writers I've never heard of be showcased, and they really deserve it. It's amazing.

So please, whoever's reading this, I'm not accusing you of anything, but if you do happen to plagiarize other people's hard work and/or tag the daily prompt for something completely unrelated...

please stop. Or please don't ever consider doing it. Talented writers deserve to be recognized for their hard work.

Especially new writers, who have yet to be discovered for their incredible writing. #respectshowcase and spread kindness and positivity.
