2020 Thoughts

Everybody has their moments

when they rise out of the perils of

yesterday,

just to say

in another moment,

I have done all that I can

and I did my best

so may

love

find me in these moments

and caress my saddened face.

Achieving success is hard

and rejection knocks you out of place.

But it only takes one moment

and when you need it the most

you hold it.

Only to never let it go

and when hope prevails,

you will then know

they were simply moments.
