I am Losing my sanity

Only email, text or videos can I send

I am in the Missing

I see this new grief with new clarity

I pace the floor

Trying not to fall

I remember you're not there to catch me

In fact you're not there at all

Your face has become a phantom memory

And though you are absent

I lock you in my heart

Will we even still be friends?
