Korea to Canada.

Life growing up with western childhood for a eastern child. - Opsraven

I immigrated to Canada when I was four, in 1998.

Here I've met the most amazing people in the year 2000.

Caucasian, black, asian, oriental asians, Caribbean...I've met them all and still talk to them.

You could say it was quite the fantasy childhood.

From Gaming with the N64.

To Tubing down the neighbourhood snowhill.

I'll admit I wasn't a straight A student.

Elementary, highschool, post-secondary...

But there is nothing else in the world that made me who I am

And for that, I am thankful.

With those memories, I know I've been blessed with this life

Thank you Canada.

@opsraven This is a discussion I've had with friends so much....after hearing the stories of people, I've really realized how lucky I am. People go through so much....and have amazing stories to tell

@sydney In highschool, I found out a lot of other people my age had quite troublesome childhoods with regards to parents divorcing, finance, bad neighboorhoods... plus it goes out to all the people in the world.Made me realized that what I had wasn't a norm, but privilege and a blessing in disguise.
