You can't have an experience of the nothingness after your death any more than you had an experience before your birth.
You are now.
So, if you can't have an experience of nothingness,
So, if you can't have an experience of nothingness, and your experience of something is fleeting moments of happiness & a baseline of suffering,
I don't think that still translates to wanting your experience to end sooner.
This ~75 year-long atom dance of yours will never happen again.
Nothingness is coming anyway.
It won't ultimately matter, when all the stars have winked out of existence, that there had been conscious organisms who experienced life.
But this is not a call for nihilism.
It's a call for embracing this ephemeral experience anyway for the heck of it...
It's a call for embracing this ephemeral experience anyway for the heck of it... while you're here.
