I’ve seen my faults I’ve seen my scars I’ve seen tranquil from afar

I’ve known my beginnings I’ve longed for my ends I’ve wished on the stars that intrusion would mend

But I hear what’s above and deep down below

There’s a hole with a voice where no ear should go
