Another late night poem. Hope you like it!

Color

A blank canvas sits empty.

Infinite potential

An artists therapy,

or a childs play.

Anything could be

But nothing is

A brush flies along the canvas

Once blank, now vibrant

Every color, an emotion

Pain, anger, and sadness

Joy, love and pride

All together on one canvas

A painting of one color

Or a symphony of paint

A true show of emotion

Or just a piece of what you feel

Every painting came from a canvas

A canvas that sat empty

Until an artist came to heal

Or a child came to play

Anything could've been

Everything was
